You manage the backlog, prioritize based on value, and translate epics and features into user stories including clear acceptance criteria.You ensure Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, orchestrate refinement sessions, manage dependencies and testability, and thereby enable efficient, low‑risk delivery.You ensure that requirements contribute directly to customer value, conversion, checkout efficiency, and overall KPI impact.You coordinate deliveries with internal and external development teams (without coding yourself) and ensure high implementation quality.You support the release and quality concept (regression, functional, end‑to‑end testing) and drive the further development of test automation and stable releases across connected systems.You provide management‑level reporting on status, risks, forecasts, and dependencies (e.g. quarterly, depending on governance).You systematically identify growth opportunities, collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders, bridge technical and business perspectives, and actively contribute to further professionalizing and scaling our webshop.
