You plan, coordinate, and support interviews, focus groups, and user tests in close alignment with the UX department. You manage the end‑to‑end hypothesis and A/B testing process (intake, prioritization, test design, tracking, evaluation) in collaboration with UX, Marketing, Data, and Development.
You are familiar with creating technical specifications and feasibility studies.Experience with payment processes in the acceptance environment, such as POS systems, fuel stations, or toll systems, is an advantage. Ideally, you also have experience in test management and certification processes for payment solutions.
